• You must register and maintain only one account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension.

Account Registration & Verification

To use the full range of features on je77, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Any falsification of registration details may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Account Security

KYC Verification

je77 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage, including before your first withdrawal. This may include a copy of a national ID card, passport, or utility bill as proof of address. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended or closed pending resolution. This process is standard procedure to ensure the integrity of our platform and the safety of all players.

Deposits & Withdrawals

je77 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. je77 does not charge any fees on standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges. je77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Players depositing via bKash, Nagad or Rocket should ensure the correct je77 merchant number is used to avoid misdirected funds.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to successful KYC verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. je77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000. Daily limits may apply.
• Withdrawals are only available to fully verified accounts. Accounts with incomplete KYC may experience delays.
• je77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used by the account holder.

Bonuses & Promotions

je77 offers a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Eid. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the point of offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions on je77 unless otherwise stated:

• One bonus may be active in your account at any one time. Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (rollover) before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be approved. Real money deposits are not subject to rollover conditions.
• je77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without notice, if misuse or abuse of the promotion system is suspected.

Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

je77 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and any form of cheating. The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automation that provides an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on je77.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or share insider information about the platform's systems.
• Registering multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or allowing another person to operate your je77 account in any capacity.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account or withdraw winnings.

je77 employs dedicated fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities when required. Suspected fraudulent activity will be reported and accounts will be frozen pending investigation. je77 is not liable for any loss of funds during a fraud investigation period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the je77 platform — including but not limited to logos, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, design elements, trade names, and the je77 brand itself — is the exclusive intellectual property of je77 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from je77 without prior written permission.

Accessing the je77 platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorised use terminates this licence immediately and may expose you to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

je77 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from technical errors, or that the platform will be compatible with all devices. je77 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

In no circumstances will je77's total aggregate liability to a player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the calendar month during which the relevant claim arose. Gambling inherently involves financial risk. Players accept this risk knowingly and voluntarily by choosing to use the je77 platform.

Amendments to These Terms

je77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
